WP2 Universal Concept Sets and Support modules focused on creating a concept list and software components for language structures, in co-operation with WP3.

WP3 Linguistic structures for e-mail set up the language material for symbol users, helping them to write grammatically correct email messages.

WP4 User Interface: Design and models for evaluation addressed a sound and effective approach in performing and measuring the user needs during the project. This workpackage is led by ESRI.

WP5 Navigation and data management support dealt with the problems that users encounter when they have to process or manage information, e.g. when they browse and navigate the web, maintain their address book, etc.
